Terms of Service for AI Manager

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Manager Shopify app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using AI Manager, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

AI Manager provides:
AI-powered analysis and automation
Store insights and monitoring
Event-based alerts and recommendations

3. Account & Access

To use the app:
You must have a valid Shopify store
You grant us access via Shopify OAuth
You are responsible for maintaining your store security.

4. Privacy, data processing, and your customers

You instruct us to process personal data about your Shopify store, staff who use the app in Admin, and your customers or visitors (including when they use the optional storefront assistant) only as described in our Privacy Policy at https://aimanager.studio/privacy (the "Privacy Policy"). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and may be updated from time to time.

You are responsible for your storefront: providing any legally required notices to customers, honoring regional privacy requirements, and configuring consent or cookie tools compatible with your theme. Where Shopify's Customer Privacy API is available, our widget follows the visitor's allowed preferences for preference cookies and honors applicable data-sale opt-out signals before sending messages to external AI processing.

5. Subscription & Billing

AI Manager may offer:
Paid subscription plans
Billing is handled via Shopify's billing system.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:
Use the app for illegal purposes
Abuse or overload the system
Attempt to reverse engineer the service

7. AI Limitations

AI-generated insights:
May not always be accurate
Should not be relied upon as sole business decisions
We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

8. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:
Data you choose to store
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms
Your Shopify account is suspended
You may uninstall the app at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
Loss of profits
Data loss
Business interruptions

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
